We are constantly reviewing our product portfolio in an effort to offer the best products that offer a timely response to unpredictable threats. Sometimes this review process determines that a product no longer fits within the scope of our strategy or can be replaced by another product to better meet customer needs. When this happens we thoughtfully migrate users to other products, where appropriate and discontinue selling the original product.

I own an InterMute product, will I continue to receive Technical Support?

Yes. All registered users will continue to receive Technical Support for the duration of their subscription, which is 12 months from the original activation date.
