InterMute's PopSubtract Solution for Blocking Pop-ups
Selected for HP Consumer Desktop PCs

BRAINTREE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 15, 2003--InterMute, Inc., developer of award winning AdSubtract web-preference software, today announced that it has reached an OEM agreement with HP. InterMute's pop-up blocking software, PopSubtract, will be offered to HP Pavilion and Compaq Presario consumer desktop PC users. PopSubtract blocks various forms of pop-up and pop-under web advertising, and allows users to choose which Web sites they will permit to use pop-ups.
