Users from Spyware

InterMute's SpySubtract Bundled by Leading Provider of Data Communication Products

BRAINTREE, Mass. - Oct. 14, 2003 - InterMute, Inc., developer of award winning AdSubtract software, announced today an OEM agreement with Zoom Telephonics, Inc., to bundle InterMute's SpySubtract product with Zoom and Hayes modems. The agreement offers Zoom customers instant access to protection from the latest in Internet intrusions - spyware. Spyware is a major threat to privacy and security, affecting almost anyone who uses a computer. Some popular freeware and music programs quietly install spyware along with their software. Spyware programs can monitor computer activities while gathering and transmitting a user's personal information.

SpySubtract is an easy to-use, PC security solution that detects and safely removes Spyware. SpySubtract offers instant protection to customers.
